I was asked if Macey could be in a commercial for the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) at Kadlec (the hospital where I work). They took both video and still shots and she slept the entire time. These are some of the still shots that they were nice enough to share with us.

December 2, 2008

Over the past 6 months Presley has become very particular about what she wears. Usually the first thing she says in the morning is "Can I put on a beautiful dress?" While we're home I pretty much let her wear whatever she wants (like you see below). However, on school days or when we go out it's a battle. I've learned to compromise and let her wear "beautiful dresses" over long sleeve shirts and pants. It definitely wouldn't be my choice of outfits, but she's happy! Who knew it would start this young?

November 29, 2008 - Santa Pic

Santa Pictures were surprisingly easy this year. There was no line and we were done in less than 5 minutes. Presley was very brave and sat next to him, but when he asked what she wanted for Christmas she got very nervous and wouldn't tell him. So to make sure Santa knew what she wanted we wrote a letter that night instead.

November 27, 2008 - Happy Thanksgiving!!!

So this was our attempt to get a family picture for our Christmas cards....after about 50 shots we thought the one below would work until I zoomed in and realized Macey had spit up coming out her mouth. Needless to say, we bagged the family pic this year and just used pictures of the girls. Who knew it would be so difficult to get the 4 of us. Guess I'll either have to invest in Photoshop or not be so picky. :)
